Joe Rogan is a popular comedian and podcaster. He hosts arguably one of the biggest podcasts in the world, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience.’ His friend and the president of the UFC, Dana White, recently reacted to him attending the new UFC card as a watcher, not a commentator.

Rogan and his family attended “UFC Fight Night: Kattar vs. Emmet” from the stands. The fans howled and screamed excitedly when the cameras panned to Rogan. This was the first time in his 20-year-long UFC career that he attended the fight from the stands.
An interviewer asked White what he thought about Rogan attending the event from the stands. White responded, “Yeah, no, he was pumped cause he said he hasn’t sat in the stands as a fan in like 20 years. So tonight was his first night back as a fan. He had a blast.”
Career of Joe Rogan in the UFC
Joe Rogan has had quite a successful and long career in the UFC. He started with the promotion back in 1997. So he has an on-and-off relationship with the UFC, which has lasted 25 years. The American comic started with post-fight interviews for UFC 12.

He later transitioned into commentating and worked on his first fight at UFC 37.5 in 2002. Since then, Rogan has entertained the fans with his unique commentating style. Being trained in martial arts himself, he uses his fight knowledge and expertise to break down the fight so the viewers can understand better.
Joe Rogan’s Other Endeavors
After joining the UFC, Rogan released his first comedy special and also hosted the popular game show “Fear Factor.” He hosted this show from 2001 to 2006.

In the show, Rogan once fought against a contestant. This was because one of the players physically assaulted another player. Luckily, nobody got injured, and there were no serious repercussions.
A few years later, Rogan started his own podcast, which he named, The Joe Rogan Experience. This was the start of what would be a legendary and fan-favorite podcast. He invited knowledgeable guests and spoke to them about different topics, ranging from politics and the environment to sports and entertainment.
