However, after all this, White was spotted devouring an Austin delicacy, which prompted a response from Marvel star, Frank Grillo.
Not too long ago, the UFC CEO learned that he had only 10 years to live. This led him to human biologist Gary Brecka, and the head honcho started using the 10X Health Systems. Thereafter, Dana White saw significant changes in his body, and now the 54-year-old sports a chiseled physique. But after finishing his water fasting, it looks like he could not stop himself from enjoying a delicacy in Austin. We all have cheat days and looks like White is no different!

As UFC comes to Austin this weekend, the 54-year-old head honcho of the promotion got together with Chef Danny Kievit in the capital of Texas. The chef explained what was laid out there as ingredients before they started to prepare the dish. Additionally, they also had Dana White’s Howler Head whiskey as an ingredient as well. Kievit said, “We got bananas foster on a crepe cake with your Howler Head cream.”

When the time came to taste the dish, Dana White seemed excited. He said, “I’m going in Chef. This is one of those things that, this is impossible to suck.” White clearly enjoyed the food after fasting for 86 hours. This came to the attention of Frank Grillo, who shared a comment on the UFC CEO’s post. “Hahahahhaha. a f***ing 373 day water fast to bananas flambé. brilliant,” said Grillo. Dana White once had high levels of homocysteine
Gary Brecka recently made an appearance on the ‘Joe Rogan Experience’. There, he revealed to Joe Rogan about where Dana White’s health stood when he first met him. Brecka mentioned that the UFC CEO had one of the highest levels of the amino acid homocysteine he’s ever seen in a patient. Furthermore, the members of his clinical team also did not witness something like that in their entire medical careers.

Gary Brecka claims that Dana White’s blood pressure levels could have led to a sudden death. To prevent that, they had to check his blood pressure two or three times every day of the week. Moreover, his blood pressure levels were consistently elevated even though he was on blood pressure medication.

Dana White is in a great place now. He’s as fit as anyone in their 50s can be. White continues to build the UFC brand and has been successful every year in raising the bar in mixed martial arts.
