Guess what? Andrei Arlovski, The UFC’s former heavyweight champion just shared a glimpse of his impressive physique on Instagram. Known for his ripped physique and ability to throw people around, ‘Pitbull’ took to his Instagram handle to make a revelation that he has completed Dana White’s water fast challenge and stated that he is already feeling better.

“@danawhite So, I did it! I was fasting for the first time in my life. It was not 86 hours; for me, it was only 36 because I started to have a headache. But definitely, after, I felt AMAZING and still do. My next plan is at least 72 hours after Thanksgiving, so we will see. By the way, Mr Dana, your abs look better than mine,” captioned Arlovski.

Well, this is not the first time someone has taken White’s fasting challenge for himself. Recently prominent Hollywood actor and a member of the Marvel cinematic universe, Frank Grillo also took White’s water fast challenge. Just like Arlovski, Grillo announced it on Instagram. so what is this fuss all about?

The UFC head honcho recently took to Instagram to upload a video and explained that his water fast makes him feel better. He emphasized that it is something that doctors and experts have studied and declared beneficial for the body.

I don’t know if you’ve seen this online but it’s called the seven-day water fast,” said White. “Doctors have done studies on this. And this thing is legit, it gives you over seventy percent of not getting cancer, Alzheimer’s, and other nasty diseases.”
