UFC 284 is closing in and fans and experts are excited. While predictions are coming in thick and fast, lightweight champion Islam Makhachev isn’t too happy about it. Set to face the #1 pound-for-pound fighter in the UFC, Alexander Volkanovski for the main event, Makhachev feels UFC isn’t doing enough promotions for the fight. The Dagestani talked about the not-so-proper promotions and complained about meeting Volkanovski only once and tours not being organized. Islam Makhachev and Volkanovski will meet in the cage for one of the most anticipated fights of the year.
Talking to a Russian media agency, Makhachev expressed his disappointment. He also targeted UFC president Dana White for not being interested in the fight.
