Dana White is ripped now. The UFC CEO has been a big advocate and user of a novel healthcare system called 10X Health, invented by Gary Brecka. Over the past two years, he has been singing paeans to it, claiming he no longer needs to take cholesterol, blood pressure, and thyroid medicine, on which he had been earlier. The 54-year-old has also claimed he lost a lot of weight, looks and feels a lot better since he started on Brecka’s program, and is in very good shape.

The UFC boss shared another illustration of these alleged improvements, as he took to his official Instagram account to post pictures of before he was on the 10X program and a pic of two years into it. The first picture showed White, who clearly weighed more and looked quite fat, especially around his belly. In sharp contrast, the Las Vegas resident looked ripped and muscular in the second picture, with a full set of abs and an overall chiseled physique.

While some fans felt that the second picture was a result of him being on steroids such as testosterone, White claimed that was not the case, while revealing that he had been on Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) in the first picture. “I was on TRT in the other picture,” White said in response to a comment on his post. But, of course, this didn’t stop fans from giving their hilarious takes on his body transformation.

One fan did not believe White’s claims, and felt that this transformation had come about as a result of TRT, red light therapy, and Joe Rogan-approved cold plunges: “And all of this because red light Therapy and Cold plunge or TRT hahaha Gary Becka.” Another echoed this sentiment, feeling it was steroids behind his body transformation, and jokingly asked USADA, the anti-doping agency, to look into it: “We need usada.”

A fan jumped on the bandwagon, insisting White was on TRT while referencing one of his most famous, meme-worthy quotes: “TRT @danawhite it’s fu**ing illegal 😂😂😂😂” One commenter was more charitable and complemented the 54-year-old for his ripped physique: “Thats actually a crazy glow up. The boss runnin it up for the young players. 🔥👏”

Another social media user agreed, and felt the Power Slap founder looked very attractive: “Looking sexy uncle Dana.” Some fans were so impressed that one of them promised to stop using the viral ‘oil up Dana White’ meme going forward: “I’ll stop the oiling up comments. Respect on the progress.”

Meanwhile, White also received a huge compliment as a social media user compared him to Joe Rogan, one of the fittest people in their fifties on earth, “Bottom is Joe Rogan tell me otherwise.”
