The MMA community experienced a heart-touching moment as fans, fighters, and even the UFC president Dana White all came together in a rare show of solidarity. This took place after a former UFC fighter and a PFL star’s recent post about his daughter’s health condition shook the MMA world. Reaching out to his supporters for help, the 33-year-old fighter, hailing from Scotland, set up a ‘GoFundMe’ page in order to raise funds for his seven-year-old daughter’s brain surgery.

White and many other personalities from the sport fraternity chipped in with significant contributions that saw the total donations add up to almost 90,000 British Pounds at the time of writing. Notably, Professional Fighters League also made a donation of 15,000 pounds. On a different note, the UFC president’s generous donation might come as a sweet surprise for a section of the fans considering his otherwise tough take on matters concerning fighters.
