Jimmie Rivera’s lessons to the police
Rivera’s journey into the police uniform probably began a couple of years ago. Back in 2020, he taught two dozen policemen how to defend themselves while lying on the ground. He instructed, “When someone knocks us down, we go to the hips for control. Keep your hips nice and loose. Use your feet! Extend your legs for power and push him off!”
