Ever since Darren Till was let go from the UFC earlier this year, he has become a subject of ridicule by a section of MMA fans. And while his career did end in an unceremonious manner with three losses in his last three fights. Having Khamzat Chiamev, the biggest heel in the UFC as a friend doesn’t help either. However, it is important to point out that he is a former title contender and has defeated fighters of Kelvin Gastelum and Wonderboys caliber contrary to his recent reputation.

The Englishman would later reveal that he went into those three fights with lingering knee issues, which hampered his performances. This, he claimed, was also the reason he requested to be given a break from the UFC. But, when he engaged in a bit of trolling of number 3 ranked welterweight Belal Muhammad, fans went after Till.

Till took to Twitter and announced he would prefer to be knocked out by former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley again than watch the Palestinian fight. Woodley had defeated Till in their title bout at UFC 228 five years ago.

‘The Gorilla’ was commenting on what many call Muhammad’s boring fighting style, which relies on a stellar defense. The 35-year-old has won 11 decisions in his 14 victories at the UFC. But fans were not amused by Till insulting Khabib Nurmagomedov‘s teammate.
