Ahead of his UFC 271 bout against Derrick Lewis, Tuivasa told Ariel Helwani that he wants to fight ‘Bones’. On The MMA Hour, ‘Bam Bam’ said, “Count me in. I’ll jump in against Jon Jones.”
Before a Jon Jones fight, Tuivasa has an enormous task in front of him. His opponent, ‘The Black Beast‘, holds the record for the most knockouts in UFC HW history.

Since losing the belt to Francis Ngannou, Miocic has not stepped inside the octagon. He has been angling at a trilogy bout with ‘The Predator’. However, as Ngannou requires surgery on his knees, he will be out for the rest of the year.
With Ngannou out of action for such a long time, the fight between Stipe Miocic and Jon Jones makes all the sense in the UFC heavyweight division. Also, the UFC can raise the stakes by making it for the UFC interim heavyweight championship.
