Nate Diaz would rather take up a real fight than fight someone like Jake Paul again. This might have been his real stance internally ever since he lost his boxing bout against the YouTuber-turned-prizefighter. Now, the mixed martial artist in Diaz is looking for a challenge.

The former UFC star took on his Twitter recently. While he’s well out of the UFC, fans are still aching for Diaz to make a grand comeback. And what could be more grand than a fight against Conor McGregor? At least that’s what fans are rallying for.

Diaz and McGregor have already crossed paths twice. At UFC 196, Diaz took down McGregor via submission in the second round of the match. However, in their second meeting, it was McGregor who came out on top with a decision win over Diaz. Now, a decided match is only fair for fans to ask.

Diaz recently put out a tweet that said, “Im good I’d rather fight real fighters And never back track to the minor leagues pu**yFL Fight urself dipshit.” The tweet is probably targeted at Paul and his constant taunts at anyone and everyone. Here are some of the best fan reactions.

While some simply called for a McGregor fight, others asked Diaz to come back to the UFC altogether.

While others compared the two MMA fighters.

Yet others asked for Diaz to be Michael Chandler’s replacement.

Finally, some others felt that the UFC was the perfect choice for Diaz.
