Conor McGregor’s teammate and friend Dillon Danis really wants to get personal with Nate Diaz after a scrap outside Madison Square Garden. Danis saw the fiery side of Diaz on multiple occasions, due to his association with UFC superstar Conor McGregor. This time, Diaz and Danis clashed and made quite the headlines.

Danis got himself into an altercation with Diaz and announced on Twitter that he would finish him.

It remains to see how the current free agent decides to handle this situation. Would he step back into the Octagon to fight Danis and accept his challenge?

Dillon Danis challenged Nate Diaz to a battle

Dillon Danis threatened to finish Nate Diaz in an MMA or Boxing match, following their altercation after UFC 281. The close friend of Conor McGregor wrote on Twitter “mma or boxing i finish nate diaz in under 30 seconds or everyone who likes this gets 10k.”

Currently, Nate Diaz is a free agent. He sounded interested in pursuing a career in boxing. However, the 37-year-old professional MMA fighter is yet to confirm his plans ahead.

Diaz slapped Danis’ friend, who was standing right next to him. This incident made headlines and shocked the UFC community. The brother of Nick Diaz doesn’t hold back, even in a massive crowd. Would be interesting if he accepts the invitation to settle scores.

Nate Diaz had an infamous ‘water battle’ with Conor McGregor. Diaz got up to leave in the middle of a press conference. His brother, Nick Diaz, and his sparring partner, Jake Shields, accompanied him.

The Dubliner couldn’t take this insult from the Stockton native, so he mouthed into the mic. This angered Diaz, who hurled a water bottle on stage, aiming at McGregor.

‘The Notorious’ immediately responded to this by hurling cans of energy drinks across the room. The two men were uncontrollably mad at each other. Security guards had to intervene and drag Diaz and company away from the event and calm ‘Mystic Mac’. Nate Diaz has not changed his attitude towards the McGregor camp since then.
