UFC 302 is just 3 days away and there is still big news coming in for the UFC 303  Co͏͏nor ͏McG͏regor vs. Michael Chandler fight. White has not only announced a few more fights for June 29th but also a huge comeback news. McGregor had already hinted at the big news and now fans not only know it but are suffering as well because of it! The thing is, after almost a decade of the Jose Aldo press conference, Conor McGregor is back with his world press tour with Michael Chandler in Ireland, and guess what? The tickets sold out in 5 minutes!

Meanwhile, the fans who could not get those tickets were pretty disappointed and were posting on X. Amid this chaos, McGregor’s team demanded another move from Dana White regarding this conference.

Social media is abuzz with the news of the sold-out McGregor and Chandler UFC 303 press conference at the 3 Arena in Dublin. As soon as the tickets were live, they were scooped up like hotcakes by UFC fans in a record time of 5 minutes! However, this is making other fans sad because they did not get the tickets and one fan even gave the floor layout to show which areas were open and the ones that were not. They wrote, “Only these sections open. A good chunk of the lower tier/floor area is not open, unfortunately.”

This prompted coach John Kavanagh to tag UFC and talk about the matter. He tweeted, “Need to open up the rest of the arena @ufc.” It is clear that if the rest of the arena is opened, then the tickets will again sell out in no time and the UFC can set another record for the most tickets sold, for a press conference!

The tickets for this conference were free for those who availed it at 10:00 am, and 8000 of them sold out. However, it is a good sign that McGregor’s comeback is a much-anticipated phenomenon not only in the USA but also in his home country. Conor McGregor is pretty excited about this press conference, especially because it is in his home country and he is getting this opportunity to attend a UFC press conference after almost 3 years.

The UFC CEO took to his Instagram and posted a video where he stated the upcoming news for UFC 303. He spoke about Jamahal Hill vs. Carlos Ulberg and Ian Garry vs. Michael Page being added to the card. Apart from that he also gave the news that as soon as UFC 302 got over, White would be hopping into a plane for Dublin for the McGregor vs. Chandler press conference. This press conference is going to boost the numbers to a higher point for UFC and this would also mark McGregor’s third press conference in Ireland.

The Notorious was really excited and added his comments on the video saying, “MY FIGHT! MY HOME TOWN!” The former dual weight champion has waited almost 3 years to get this fight after the defeat against Dustin Poirier and severe leg surgery. He only has two more fights left this year but is pushing for a third fight as well. Along with that, McGregor is also in talks with UFC to extend his contract.

The press conference is going to be a huge event and if Dana White accepts the request from McGregor’s team to increase the seating capacity for the event. Then, the UFC might pull more numbers and break more records!
