Conor McGregor is undoubtedly the most popular MMA star in history. McGregor has a massive net worth, and multiple ventures to his name, including his very own alcohol brand, called Proper 12.

The Whiskey brand’s valuation grew exponentially in a short span, swelling beyond the half a billion-dollar mark. Upon the sale of the majority shares, McGregor managed to pick up a hefty chunk and turned him into one of the wealthiest athletes of 2021.

Something out of the ordinary took place on Instagram, as McGregor’s sworn nemesis, Dustin ‘The Diamond’ Poirier, was spotted with the drink. The UFC star reportedly shared an interaction he had with a fan while he was in New York. Poirier walked into a bar and was greeted by a fan, who offered him to buy a shot of Proper 12.

Poirier said,” He bought me a proper 12 shot, NY nights.” The fan ensured to click a picture with his favorite fighter and forever preserve it on social media with a caption that read:

“My favorite fighter @dustinpoirier walks into my dive bar. Love it”

Dustin Poirier has multiple UFC stars on his crosshair, including Conor McGregor

In a recent series of Tweets, ‘The Diamond’ stated that he would love to throw down with Nate Diaz, or Colby Covington, and even extended an open invitation. UFC hasn’t finalized who the former title challenger shall face, but his return to the Octagon is imminent. The mixed martial artist suggested July 30th as the date he would love to make his return.
