Conor McGregor never really backed away from promoting the Black Forge Inn ever since it began feeding the hungry. McGregor’s stardom and the restaurant’s popularity attracted several celebrities from all around the world. However, back in 2023, the Irishman’s business suffered a massive loss of more than $2 million. Now, as the ‘Mystic Mac’ struggles to manage his legal troubles, his businesses also witness a decline. But that hasn’t stopped the former UFC double champion from trying his best to save the iconic business.

Back in 2023, the rap legend Snoop Dogg paid a visit to the Irish mixed martial artist’s restaurant and was indeed left impressed. Despite the losses, Black Forge’s popularity grew, and now the executive chef at the Black Forge Inn shared some visuals of their special chicken wings on Instagram. The caption to the IG post read, “Best in the world according to [Snoop Dogg].”

McGregor wasted no time to share the post on his IG stories. Needless to say, ‘The Notorious’ was proud of his restaurant. After all, it had received a gold for the best food at the Bar of the Year awards. Even the UFC head honcho, Dana White, has recommended the restaurant to the fighting community.

Earlier in September, during a press conference for Dana White’s Contender Series Season 8, the UFC CEO expressed his views about the pub following his visit to Ireland. He claimed that the restaurant was “F—ing awesome!” He continued, “Black Forge is a great restaurant. It was very cool. It was a great experience.” Reflecting on this, McGregor captioned his IG story, “And [Dana White] too! The Black Forge Inn chicken wings,” followed by a trophy emoji.

It was a place that the Irishman and his family had been visiting for years. Yes, he spent quite a bit of his teenage years at the place. No wonder it held a special place in his heart. He continued, “And you know it’s our families love it. It’s been a place we’ve visited since, you know, our teens. Trying to even get into the place before we were allowed into the place type of thing?”

As the holiday season came close, the Dubliner ensured that the restaurant vibed with the Christmas theme. He lit up the place in fairy lights with the words ‘Merry Christmas’ shining on top. He even pulled in Santa Claus to lunch at the restaurant. No doubt, the customers left glowing reviews after receiving a wholesome meal and hearty hospitality. Have you visited McGregor’s restaurant?
