During the St Patrick’s Day 2022 celebrations, McGregor showed up styling a limited edition Patek Philippe watch. It was the Annual Calendar Chronograph 5905P-014 ‘Weir and Sons’ platinum watch. 

Remarkably, there are only 25 such watches on the planet. The former UFC champion owns #12, in honor of his Proper 12 Irish Whiskey brand.

It has a special green sunburst dial and gold applied hour markers. Notably, the watch got created in celebration of the Dublin retailer Weir and Sons’ 150-year anniversary and its 50-year partnership with Patek Philippe.

Its estimated retail price is around a whopping one hundred thousand US dollars.

Conor McGregor believes he doesn’t get the credit he deserves

The Irish MMA superstar made an unbelievable impact on the sport. He is the reason many fans got into UFC. He has attracted record-breaking numbers on pay-per-view events and made millions out of the game. Both ‘The Notorious’ and the UFC grew proportionately.

Recently, a fan pointed out on Twitter the growth in yearly total fighters’ pay and the change pre and post-McGregor’s inclusion in the UFC.

“The disrespect Conor gets from no name fighters/fighters in other divisions is nuts… he literally brought the entire game up with him and he gets zero respect”

The former UFC double champion reacted to the tweet and stated he didn’t get the credit he deserves for improving the fighter’s pay in the company.

“I didn’t get the credit, I just got the cash. It’s all love.

However, he didn’t seem to mind not getting due credit as long as he gets his due cheque.
