During the press conference, the first-ever UFC simultaneous two-division champion mentioned that there is a big difference between fighting inside the Octagon and filming a movie. He stated that when he fought in Dana White‘s promotion; he had to prepare for five rounds and 25 minutes. Hence, it was a short outing. McGregor said, As far as it [filming] being tough versus the fighting [in UFC], you know what the job is, you’ve got 25 minutes or less. I’ve finished people in seconds.”

However, it is a whole different ball game when it comes to making movies. Conor McGregor mentioned that he had to work for hours and hours on a daily basis while filming ‘Road House’. The stunts he pulled were often real, to say the least. “This [filming] is 18-hour days, and it’s consecutive day after day and it’s also real,” McGregor added. When the Irishman claimed his stunts were real, he even revealed to have gotten bruised during shooting as well.
