The Dublin-born fighter’s recent record might not do justice to his prolific skills. Surprisingly, McGregor has only recorded a solitary win in the last 6 years. That victory came way back against Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone at UFC 246 in 2020.
The 22-6 record holder took to Twitter and expressed his excitement for his much-awaited return. Further, McGregor vowed to prove his support correct. Also, the Road House star referred to his last Octagon fight at UFC 264.
Thus, he wrote, “Final shot before bracing on the break. All me. Excited to return and prove my support correct! Marathon not a sprint.”
