The former UFC lightweight and featherweight champion, Conor McGregor, is known for all the good work he does for the fans and charity. The Irishman has had his fair share of controversial moments, but when it comes to helping people out, he doesn’t think twice.

A fan reached out to him on Twitter and told him about his son. “Hey @TheNotoriousMMA, my sons just had brain surgery, never complains, always smiling. He’s a big fan of yours, and I would love it if you could give him a message or thumbs up to keep his spirits up,” the fan said.

It was a story of a young man braving through his circumstances and fighting hard. McGregor replied, “Get this young man a pair of “McGregorFast” gloves and some “McGregorFast” merchandise! A real fighter, Luca!
