The former dual weight champion is about to return to the Octagon three years after his exile from the promotion due to a career-threatening shin injury while fighting Dustin Porieir in 2021. Conor McGregor is about to face Michael Chandler next month on June 29 on UFC 303. Their fight was in the making for a year and it’s finally happening, however, it seems like the former champ is looking at other things than fighting.

After his Hollywood debut on ‘Road House’, Conor McGregor seems to be venturing into the music industry. In his latest escapade, ‘Mystic Mac’ appeared as the feature character in Peso Pulma’s latest song ‘La Durango’. We got the initial hint about the music video from his Instagram handle where he posted multiple photos about it but never clarified what it was.

Recently, Peso Pluma’s official social media shared the news about it with another news that their new album titled ‘Éxodo’ is also releasing. Nonetheless, the fighter has come forward to give his two pieces about the music video. “Hey Peso, my buddy, I got your new song ‘La Durango’. Such a great song, brother, thank you very much,” McGregor mentioned.

He further added, “Peso is my friend from Mexico, he introduced me to Mexican music. The new song ‘La Durango’, go check it out.” McGregor starts the video by driving a vehicle and then the rest of the song goes on. Nonetheless, Conor Mcgregor is looking like he is doing his side quests but what’s next for the former dual-weight champion? Let’s find out.

Conor Mcgregor is finally making his most awaited comeback to the UFC but does his return have any meaning to the promotion? Well, ‘Mystic Mac’ is the most popular and the most revenue-generating fighter in the promotion’s history but his prolonged absence from the Octagon has surely dented his position as UFC has gone through a metamorphosis in this period and his division has moved forward from the old fighters. It must be noted that McGregor has only two fights left in his UFC contract and it might or might not happen that Dana White makes a new contract for his favorite UFC star.

However, the former dual-weight champion has already made plans for his future in fighting. McGregor’s last endeavor in the world of boxing happened when he fought Floyd Mayweather back in 2017 and since then he has yet to get inside the boxing ring.
