UFC 299 has made sure to deliver. With UFC bantamweight title challenger, Marlon Vera and UFC bantamweight champion, Sean O’Malley putting on a war for the fight fans, it is not surprising to see the world tune in to see the two bantamweights clash. The fight even being advertised by none other than the Irish superstar, Conor McGregor.

As the main event was in full swing, “The Notorious” made it known, he was enjoying the event just like any other fight fan. He was seen hanging out with UFC fight fans, watching as the event unfolded.

With a new movie coming later this month for the Irish superstar, Conor McGregor was featured in a video posted by “roadhousemoivie” watching the UFC 299 event. “The Notorious” was at the “Little Wood Rose” with fans, promoting his new upcoming movie and the UFC 299 event.

Conor McGregor has been eyeing for a return inside the UFC octagon around June of this year. However, given that the Irishman is now busy promoting his upcoming movie, “Road House”, a return inside the octagon might seem unlikely especially when going up against any top lightweights in the promotion.

Conor McGregor looked to be keeping a close eye on his rival as he acknowledged Poirier’s win at the UFC 299 event. Given McGregor’s track record, it’s impossible to know what the Irishman thought while congratulating “The Diamond”. Here is what “The Notorious” wrote on his X (Twitter) account.

The co-main event of UFC 299 was a fight that left fans holding their breaths while watching the two warriors slog it out during the fight. Despite not going the distance, Dustin Poirier and Benoit Saint-Denis had a very intense back-and-forth duel which won them the fight of the night bonus. The fight even got the appreciation of Conor McGregor.

After the fight, Conor McGregor took to his X (Twitter) to give his respect to Poirier and Saint-Denis for putting on such an incredible fight. In the tweet, the Irishman congratulated the “French boys” putting on a great show for anyone watching.
