The United States celebrated Thanksgiving Day today and the MMA community came out in full force on social media. A plethora of UFC fighters and media members came out of social media and put out their wishes for the holiday.
In fact, the UFC is taking the week off and won’t be hosting an event in lieu of the holidays. The UFC returns to action with UFC Fight Night: Rob Font vs Jose Aldo set to take place on December 4 at the Apex Facility.

As the holiday’s come and go, UFC action remains a constant throughout the year. Bantamweights Rob Font and Jose Aldo will go to war for the main event on December 5. Apart from this stellar main event, the co-main event sees a lightweight battle between Brad Riddell and Rafael Fiziev.
Other notable fights on the card include a light heavyweight showdown between Jimmy Crute and Jamahal Hill as well as the main card opener which sees middleweight Brendan Allen test himself against Chris Curtis.
