Several documents were material to the suit that were not put on record. McGregor and his team contended that the said documents were commercially sensitive and shall have a confidential status. However, now the court, in the light of Lobov’s contention, has demanded the superstar to produce all relevant documents to the court. This is a win for Lobov as the trial proceeds in favor of his demand, “I am delighted with the decision today and look forward to receiving documents,” said Lobov.

The court has asked the Irishman to produce all such relevant documents within 12 weeks. Quite ironic given the disputed shares are that of the company named, “Proper 12.” However, in any case, it is safe to say that this suit is likely to be prolonged.

Moreover, it would not be appropriate to construe this order as a win for Lobov on merits. It is only with time we will find out the final decree of the court. However, amidst this dispute, many fans have picked sides, including a former heavyweight champion.

Conor McGregor gets the support of a former heavyweight champion

According to Daniel Cormier, former heavyweight champion, McGregor was the reason behind the success of Proper 12. For Lobov to take credit would be incoherent. Also, he thinks the original double champion has been a great friend to Lobov as he gave him many opportunities that he was not supposed to get. Reflecting on the same, he stated, “Lobov’s UFC career was helped because of the relationship he had with McGregor. It’s not like he was having a ton of success inside the Octagon.
