Superstar coach John Kavanagh is famous for training the UFC icon Conor McGregor throughout his career. Kavanagh is well respected in the MMA community and is the most famous Irish coach who has been involved in the fight business for years now.

Recently, the Irish coach took to Instagram and shared a story of Michael Bisping’s iconic line, ” conceive, believe, achieve.” Coach Kavanagh said this in reference to Michael Bisping’s taunt to Luke Rockhold, at the press conference ahead of their fight at UFC 199.

Not only did Bisping make the crowd go wild with his comeback, but he also cracked up the UFC president Dana White. Bisping beat Rockhold in the bout, just like he said so. This was the first time he won the UFC middleweight title in his career.

Conor McGregor is currently training under Kavanagh for his UFC return, which is said to happen this year. McGregor has been away from fighting after his injury against Dustin Poirier at UFC 261 last year. Now that he has healed his leg up, McGregor’s coach has hinted that he will return to take on his former rival, Nate Diaz, in a trilogy bout.

However, McGregor has been trying to book himself a fight against the reigning champion, Kamaru Usman.

Khabib Nurmagomedov’s manager slams Conor McGregor

Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov have arguably had the biggest rivalry in the history of the UFC. The two still have a lot of bad blood between them and McGregor has slammed his manager, Ali Abdelaziz, many times as well.

Recently in an interview with renowned MMA reporter, The Schmo, Ali Abdelaziz took a dig at the Irishman and called him a ‘Twitter fighter.’

He said,” Conor McGregor is like I said. He’s rehabbing his injury but you know he’s rehabbing his drug habits. You know, nobody cares about Conor McGregor. He has not won a fight since Obama was a president, you know. He’s just, he’s popular, because he’s a Twitter fighter now you know. He’s an Instagram fighter. “
