Chandler recently engaged in a Q and A session on Instagram and much to everyone’s surprise, he made some bold claims. According to Chandler, he would make McGregor retire after beating him. His claims have gathered a lot of attention lately. However, it seems Team McGregor is unfazed by such claims.

In an interaction on SevereMMA coach Kavanagh shared his opinion on the whole. He said, “I don’t think Conor will ever hang it up… One fight at a time… We have a really big fight coming up. A big challenge. Chandler is a hell of a competitor, and I’m looking forward to that challenge. We’re all looking forward to that challenge.”

According to his coach, ‘Mystic Mac’ is also up for the challenge. He is constantly keeping his fans updated with his training sessions. McGregor recently appeared for an interview before his comeback fight. Though he did not respond to the retirement claims, he did share his plans.

The 35-year-old recently made an appearance on ‘This Life Of Mine with James Corden’. The pair discussed a variety of things including his Hollywood debut. However, with UFC 303 on the line, the conversation finally shifted to his comeback fight. McGregor seemed very confident in his preparation and looked ready for the battle. Since the announcement of the fight one of the biggest concerns has been his injured leg. But it seems ‘The Notorious One’ is ready to use it as a weapon.

While speaking to the host, McGregor said, “I am ‘Terminator’ now.” He further gave away the move he would be using to end the fight. He said, “I have a titanium rod that goes into the knee and down to the bone, right down to my ankle. It’s unbreakable, so I have free rein to kick now, so I’m ready to go and I’m excited. I wish for and I will work for landing this kick with this steel bar in my leg against an opponent and getting them out of there.”
