In a recent Instagram video, Michael Chandler revealed that he will be in attendance at UFC 303 on June 29 as he called it, “my card”. The former Bellator champion further went on to state, “I made a promise, I made a commitment and that commitment still stands because your word is your bond.”.

But in his trademark fashion, Conor McGregor didn’t pass up on this opportunity to take another shot at his rival who last stepped into the Octagon in 2022 and has since been waiting for ‘The Notorious’s return.

McGregor shared a meme on X that depicted Chandler making a statement about his UFC 303 bout, “I am here at UFC 303 because I signed a contract that said I would be here. That is what a MAN does. This is MY event” with another caricature of a security guard asking him to “show me your ticket or leave. I do not know who you are.”

Years after their canceled UFC 196 fight, Rafael Dos Anjos has given Conor McGregor a look at what it feels like to have your injury mocked! Fans may recall that in March 2016, the Brazilian lightweight champion was set to face the then-featherweight champion, McGregor. However, Dos Anjos had to pull out just two weeks before the fight due to a broken foot. Despite the fight’s cancellation, McGregor didn’t miss a chance to the Brazilian for withdrawing from the fight and took shots at the severity of his injury.

As such, with the news of McGregor pulling out of UFC 303 due to an injury himself, Dos Anjos took to X to state, “That’s the difference between me and you Conor, you finally got exposed. You got a pinky toe injury while I got a broken foot.”

While the Irishman recovers from his injury, Dos Anjos’ comment has definitely added an intriguing layer to the story of their conflict.
