Conor McGregor is a massive troll. Some might say his trolling skills are even better than his fighting skills as his recent form indicates. And one of the people he likes to troll the most is UFC legend and his former rival Nate Diaz.

The two were involved in some legendary back-and-forth in the lead-up to their fights, which were some of the most entertaining verbal spats in UFC history, well worth a rewatch even today. And the Irishman has taken another jibe at Diaz in a recent Twitter post.

In a post on his official Twitter account, the Irishman retweeted a clip from his second fight against Nate Diaz, which ‘Notorious’ won after his defeat in their first encounter. The clip shows Conor hitting the Stockton native with a series of punches downing him.

“Speedy Gonzales” McGregor captioned it, referencing the speed and quickness which enabled him to knockdown his opponent. And fans are hoping to see that same Conor McGregor in his upcoming comeback to the octagon.

The TUF 31 finals were held earlier this year on the undercard of UFC 292 and none of McGregor’s fighters competed. The Dubliner has a chance to save the season and end on a high note. McGregor is set to meet rival coach Chandler, and success there would make fans forget about his disastrous season as coach. The date, however, remains unclear as it is pending an official announcement from the UFC. And it might also help the former two-weight champion improve his standing among fans, which has gone down in recent times because of his shenanigans lately. What do you think about McGregor taking a shot at his old rival Nate Diaz? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
