Veteran UFC commentator and ex- Fear Factor host Joe Rogan, warns Colby Covington about his trash-talking. The podcast host warns ‘Chaos’ to not talk shit about the legendary UFC fighter, Joe Jones.

Joe Rogan warns Colby Covington not to talk shit about Jon Jones

Joe Rogan is a veteran UFC color commentator. The 55year old has a hit podcast where he often mentions the UFC competition and its fighters.

The JRE host once pleads to Colby Covington, saying “Colby Covington. Don’t Slap me”. He requests the former Interim welterweight champion “I know you said you are going to slap me, don’t slap me”

The 55-year-old explains why he would slap him saying “Cause I was telling him that Jon Jones might slap him…” with a smirk on his face

Rogan was saying this in response to Colby Covington’s threat to slap him when they meet face-to-face.

The #2 ranked welterweight fighter also thought it was hypocritical of the UFC commentator to talk about him in that manner.

The JRE host then expressed his admiration towards the 34-year-old fighter saying “I like Colby, I like what he’s doing. Just talking a lot of sh*t. I’m just saying be careful who you talk sh*t to. Talking sh*t to Jon Jones?”. And warns Covington that Joe Jones is not someone to be messed with.

The JRE host talks about UFC legend, Joe Jones

One of the best UFC fighters in the organization’s history, in the eyes of many, is Jon Jones. He boasts a number of UFC records and was never defeated during his career. Jones has only ever suffered a defeat as a result of being disqualified. And, Joe Rogan host respects the legend of UFC saying “That’s one of the baddest motherf**kers that ever lived.” bigging Joe Jones up.

After this statement from the podcast host, “Chaos” was facing Rafael dos Anjos on 10 June 2018. Covington actually backed up his trash-talking by winning on the unanimous decision after 5-rounds. And also, thankfully, did not slap Joe Rogan at the event at UFC 225.
