UFC lightweight star Dan Hooker is still facing the heat from the IV accusations he levied against Islam Makhachev. After Makhachev successfully defended his title against Alexander Volkanovski, Hooker came forward saying that the Dagestani had resorted to using an IV to rehydrate after the weigh-ins. However, the Australian commission later clarified they would not take action against Makhachev as there was no complaint to investigate.

Nevertheless, Hooker’s accusations stirred up a storm of controversy, with many fans turning against both Makhachev and Hooker. Recently, the 33-year-old Kiwi fighter claimed that he was facing frequent USADA visits post the controversial claims.

In a recent interview given to ‘The All Star’ YouTube channel, Hooker complained about the increased number of USADA visits post the Makhachev situation. The City Kickboxing captain blamed the inconvenience and heightened attention on the lightweight champion.

Hooker said, “I almost had 15 knocks on my door and that’s a stranger coming into your house uh asking you to pull down your pants and stare at your d**k. “

He added, “You think I’m gonna sit silent while the other guys are skirting the rules when I got some stranger knocking on my door asking me to pull my pants down? I ain’t playing this game.”
