Charles Oliveira is one of the best-conditioned athletes in the UFC at the moment. His movement inside the Octagon and speed are second to none. ‘Do Bronxs’ made his debut in the lightweight division in 2010 but has also competed in the featherweight division as well. His move to 145 pounds backfired, as he failed to make weight on multiple occasions there. He finally shifted to the 155-pound division in 2017 and has since stayed there. Oliviera typically weighs between 183 and 185 pounds before his fights.

His coach, Diego Lima, mentioned that he weighs between 176 and 180 pounds when he’s off camp. The Brazilian has no trouble cutting off the extra 25 pounds, as revealed by his coach. However, before his UFC 274 fight, the former champion had trouble losing half a pound. He weighed in at 155.5 pounds before his fight against Justin Gaethje. Despite getting two more opportunities, he failed to make the weight. As a result, he was stripped of the lightweight title. However, the former champion won the fight against ‘The Highlight’ and asserted his dominance as a complete fighter.
