The world of combat sports is growing with each passing day, and recently Bare-Knuckle Fighting Championships have grown to prominence. But there’s one fighter from that promotion, who had flashed the crowd after her first win inside the squared circle, came under the radar of longtime UFC commentator Joe Rogan. He opined a bit on her controversial victory celebration and guess what? She issued a response as well.

BKFC is on the up now, and the addition of Conor McGregor as one of the owners of the promotion has only added to the organization’s positioning in the combat sports world. Mike Perry‘s the main star there, who’s undefeated and has made more money than his time in the UFC. Meanwhile, one of BKFC’s female fighters, Tai Emery, made headlines before Perry established himself as a star. Also, it was way before McGregor came into the fold, and Joe Rogan lauded her for it.

BKFC fighter’s ‘strategy’ impresses Joe Rogan

At the BKFC Thailand 3, Tai Emery did the unthinkable. Yes, flashing the crowd as part of a victory celebration after knocking out her opponent is not a regular occurrence at all. But Emery did it, and that act apparently made Joe Rogan chuckle while discussing the incident with BJJ Great Gordon Ryan and Mo Jassim.“They get all the hot chicks over there… to see that last girl flash the crowd… She showed everybody her t*ts after she knocked some girl out,” said Joe Rogan on the #129 JRE MMA Show episode.

The 56-year-old, like the fight fan he is, provided a positive assessment of her performance that night. He loved her combination punches, and to cap Tai Emery’s win off with that controversial celebration was just a genius move to get people talking. “Nice combination, too. She hit this girl with a clean uppercut, a smooth left hook and then she’s like, ‘And here’s my t*ts, too’… It was all over on these websites… Smart marketing move,” Joe Rogan added. “She’s hot and she gets crap.”

The longtime UFC commentator had this conversation a year ago and he posted the episode on YouTube among many others after his resurgence on that platform, catching Tai Emery’s attention. As such, she offered a response, where she claimed that everything changed in her life after that night in Thailand. “The moment that changed my life for ever…And if you don’t know, now you know.”

However, the question that’s bugging fans now is whether Tai Emery will repeat the controversial act in her upcoming fight in Japan. Well, the BKFC fighter has spoken and apparently, she isn’t planning to do so.

No flashing for Tai Emery this time around

The BKFC and Rizin FF are hosting a cross-promotional event in Japan and Tai Emery has found herself on that card. Hence, the question about her celebration came up after TMZ asked her if she planned to flash the crowd at Super Rizin 3. Emery will be fighting at the 36,500-capacity Saitama Arena against Charisa Sigala and guess what? She’s in no mood to repeat what she did in Thailand.

“It’s Japan. It’s Japan. I’d like to say that I can keep myself under control, and I have been after every single workout, just putting my hand on my heart and pointing to the sky, so let’s hope that can work, or else I’ll be back sidelined for another two years,” Tai Emery told TMZ. So it’s final, no flashing for the crowd despite Joe Rogan’s approval.
