Even ‘DC’ failed to dominate the fight on the ground which highlights the skills of Miocic. Sonnen said, “Do you believe that Jon can just go take Stipe down whenever he wants? That’s something that Daniel Cormier couldn’t do.” Well, the challenger does have the striking ability to knock out the champion. However, Jones is a master of using his distance in a fight and has shown it multiple times in his fights. The upcoming fight is definitely one of a kind with the margin of error very little in the fight. Both fighters are putting in the hard yards and are desperate to put on a show for the fans.
