Is Chael Sonnen right to dismiss the Dana White-Roxanne Modafferi allegations as pure nonsense?

Undefeated and undisputed. But is he ‘unhackable’? Well, X users were surprised when they saw a couple of NSFW tweets from Chael Sonnen’s account. These tweets targeted some of the biggest names like Dana White, Jon Jones, Israel Adesanya, as well as Conor McGregor. ‘Has Sonnen lost his mind, or did he get hacked?’ people wondered.

‘The American Gangster’ came forward to share what happened. On July 4, he took to his YouTube channel to share an update. “I want to say this happened to me two other times. But if I’m wrong, it’s one other time. And here we are now. I’ve been hacked. Well, I’ve been hacked by a friendly hacker.”

“Like, the hacker himself has got a hold of me to let me know that it is him, and that if I would like the passwords back, all I need to do is say to him ‘I would like the passwords back’.”

Needless to say, it seemed pretty simple enough of a demand. The former mixed martial artist put on his brainstorming hat and decided not to respond to the messages. Why? Because it seemed too simple and too good to be true. He wondered if replying would give the scammer more access to his information and hence, decided not to.

Now, Chael Sonnen may have called the hacker a friendly one, but in reality, it was anything but friendly. The posts that went out worried many. The hacker made allegations about the UFC head honcho cheating on his wife and pulled in names like Roxanne Modafferi and Ronda Rousey, along with others.

Hence, Sonnen continued, “… I have had some people reach out to me about tweets that are going out to where an explanation was needed, to where I bothered them. And that part of it was a little unexpected in my opinion.”

The hacked account rained hellfire on the big names in the world of mixed martial arts. This also led to Jon Jones taking some strict actions against it. Let’s see what troubles were caused by Sonnen’s hacked account.

Chael Sonnen: Hacked account causes immeasurable damage

Things began to take a weird turn after Sonnen’s hacked X account tweeted that his day was ruined. Thereafter, a tweet came out that accused the UFC CEO of cheating on his wife with names including ‘Rowdy’, Miesha Tate, Paige VanZant, Roxanne Modafferi, and many more. Without a doubt, the fight fans knew that the MMA analyst’s account was hacked. But the troubles for Sonnen continued.

Thereafter, a barrage of tweets kept coming. One of the tweets dissed ‘The Notorious’ and ‘Bones’, too. As the attacks became unbearable, Jones decided to block Sonnen’s account on X. But that didn’t stop the hacker from talking about the HW champ.

Interesting Fact: Jon Jones and Chael Sonnen clashed at UFC 159 in 2013. ‘Bones’ won through TKO (elbows and punches) in the first round.

Another tweet claimed that ‘The Last Stylebender’ was making more money than other fighters who are apparently better than him.

However, it seems this was not the first time Chael Sonnen was hacked. Right at the beginning of his YouTube video, he stated, “When I get hacked, it’s Twitter (X). I’ve never been hacked through a different platform… First time I get hacked or at least the last time time I got hacked, I began selling PlayStation 5.”

With Chael Sonnen coming out clean, all the chaos should fall back to their normal place. What do you think?
