Joe Rogan believes that the United States of America is the greatest country in the world, despite its faults. He touched upon this issue in a recent episode of the ‘Joe Rogan Experience’. Hollywood star Jon Bernthal joined the former Fear Factor host. Both celebrities believe that they are lucky to be in the states with all its opportunities.
The ‘Punisher’ actor Jon Bernthal talked about the time when he was with a guy from El Salvador. He said, “People in this country just don’t appreciate anything. Just have no idea that it is the greatest country on earth.” Bernthal believes that US citizens are ‘unbelievably’ lucky to be in that country. He still believes that certain things are problematic, but it still does not take away the country’s greatness.

Joe Rogan believes that every culture and society is full of its own sets of pros and cons. But he presents the USA as the best example of a free society. “We’re humans. Humans are filled with all sorts of flaws, and this culture and the way our civilization is run is filled will all sorts of flaws,” said Rogan. He further added, “But it’s [USA] the best example we have for free society currently on earth, which is hard for people to believe.”
Joe Rogan believes that the state should not control the narrative
The famed UFC commentator mentioned that the USA has created a very communicative society. Rogan also mentioned that the state and the elites should not control the narrative. “When we are talking about the FBI being embedded in Twitter, trying to suppress certain narratives. It’s so dangerous because that’s what leads you to Communist China,” said the 55-year-old commentator-podcaster.

Rogan believes that the state, having total control of the narrative and public opinion with the help of people who are involved in financing them and profiting from it, could lead to a distorted society. The attempt to control how the members of society behave and communicate is leading the country down a rabid hole. This has become a cause of panic among US citizens.

Jon Bernthal then added how important it is to be vigilant and educated about the happenings in the country. He also believes that it is not wise for people to quickly jump to conclusions. It is essential to understand the need to be aware of whom people listen to and what platforms they are engaged in.
