Khamzat Chimaev has been a breakout star for the UFC. The superiority that he displays inside the octagon is currently unmatched on the roster. Additionally, the Swedish prospect has made himself into a recognized authority in the 170 pounds division with his unbeaten streak.
However, he is always on the lookout for ranked competition and currently has found his solace in the newly minted #5 of the welterweight class- Belal Muhammad.

Right now, the Swedish wrestler has involved himself in a Twitter tussle with ‘Bully B’. Notably, Chimaev took to Twitter to troll Muhammad over his ‘CNC’ result against welterweight #3 Leon Edwards. “When you got a finger in your eye you gave up, how you even gonna think to fight me? Bullsh*t boy,” ‘Borz’ Tweeted.

Belal Muhammad and Leon Edwards met each other in the main event of UFC Fight Night: Edwards vs. Muhammad in March. Both Muhammad and Edwards were ranked during their bouts at #13 and #3, respectively.
However, their bout could not proceed past the 2nd round as ‘Rocky’ accidentally injured ‘Remember The Name’ with an unintentional eye poke at the start of the second round of their bout.
How did Khamzat Chimaev, and Belal Muhammad’s rivalry begin?
Things came into motion between ‘Borz’ and ‘Bully B’ when Muhammad defeated ‘Wonderboy’ in the co-headliner of the last UFC event of the year, UFC Fight Night: Lewis vs. Daukaus. Interestingly, right after winning the bout, ‘Bully B’ called out the undisputed UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman.
However, Chimaev didn’t like Muhammad’s confidence and poked fun at him through Instagram; calling him ‘Gay’. Meanwhile, this didn’t sit well with ‘Remember The Name’ as he called out Chimaev. Interestingly, Muhammad pulled off a ‘Khabib’ as he asked Dana White and UFC matchmaker Sean Shelby to send him Chimaev’s location.
