In a recent Instagram post, Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson was seen having a lot of fun while working out at a gym in Colombia. He mentioned in the captions how people sometimes do not feel motivated enough to grind in the gym. However, he has a solution to that problem.

While working out on his biceps with the biceps curl machine, he had a couple of models cheering him on as he lifted those weights. He claimed that that is how people work out in gyms in Colombia. He captioned the post, “Sometimes you just need a little encouragement.” It prompted a lot of reactions from not only the fans but from a few UFC stars as well.
UFC pros and fans react to ‘Rampage’s motivational post
A few UFC stars, including Hall of Famer Diego Sanchez, James Vick, who previously fought in the UFC, and welterweight star Philip Rowe, all flocked in the comments section. Sanchez liked the way Jackson was working out and commented, “Awesome rampage.”
While James Vick hilariously reacted and wrote, “Curls for the girls.” Meanwhile, Philip Rowe just couldn’t stop laughing after watching the post. He commented with the ‘face with tears of joy’ emoji.
