Moreover, the beef began with ‘The Truth’ calling Shields a “Na*i“. As anyone can imagine, this did not sit well with the former welterweight fighter.

Mike Jackson could not make an impact inside the octagon against any of the fighters of the UFC. He fought four times for the promotion, whilst only accumulating one victory. Moreover, his single victory for the promotion came as a result of a disqualification against Dean Barry.

Furthermore, Jackson isn’t new to controversy. His win against CM Punk back in 2017 was overturned three years later due to a positive drug report. The Texan fighter could not pass the marijuana test, as the fight took place in Illinois, which had a zero-tolerance policy back in 2017.

Perhaps this wasn’t the smartest move, as Jackson threatened to sue Shields. Jackson replied, “I appreciate this thug for documenting his white fragility. Best way to hurt a n*zi, hit those pockets.”
