Surging bantamweight prospect, Umar Nurmagomedov, has yet again pulled out of his fight against Jack Shore. The fight was scheduled for March next year. Notably, this is Nurmagomedov’s third pullout in a year’s time. As the Dagestani has been unavailable the whole calendar year because of medical reasons. Reportedly, Jack Shore will now face another Russian as Timur Valiev replaces the 25-year-old.

MMA DNA’s Marcel Dorff confirmed the news on Twitter, he wrote, “U.Nurmagomedov out. Jack Shore will now fight Timur Valiev at UFC event on March 19th. (per MMA Fight Universe) #UFC #MMA #UFCESPN”

Jack Shore is a Welsh professional MMA fighter with an Impressive resume of 15 consecutive wins. At present, ‘Tank’ is coming off an impressive majority decision win against Liudvik Sholinian.

The bantamweight prospect is currently 4-0 in the UFC and has registered wins over the likes of Nohelin Hernandez, Hunter Azure, and Aaron Phillips. Earlier, he was scheduled to fight against Umar Nurmagomedov back in September. However, the latter pulled out from that fight as well.

Timur Valiev is a Russian fighter who has an equally impressive log as his opponent. Interestingly, the Dagestani is currently undefeated in the UFC as his debut loss against Trevin Jones was overturned to No Contest. As Jones tested positive for marijuana consumption.

Currently, ‘Lucky’ is 18-2 in his career and is coming off a unanimous decision win against Raoni Barcelos at UFC Fight Night 190, back in June this year.

Is Umar Nurmagomedov Related to Khabib Nurmagomedov?

Umar Nurmagomedov is a Russian professional Mixed Martial Artist who hails from the Republic of Dagestan. Interestingly, the 25-year-old is a cousin of UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Notably, Umar competes in the bantamweight division of the UFC. However, the younger Nurmagomedov is still pretty new to the promotion.

Previously, he has fought in other not-so-popular promotions like the Professional Fighters League. Meanwhile, the bantamweight holds an impressive record of 13 wins with no registered losses.
