Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal seem to be like an infamous couple in the UFC. They just can’t seem to keep their hands off each other. Inside the ring, outside the ring, it doesn’t matter- it’s on sight for both of them. At least a lot more for Jorge Masvidal than Colby Covington.
Following their historic showdown in the main event of UFC 272, Covington, who emerged victorious after his dominance over Masvidal with wrestling, seems to have arrived at the conclusion that he’s definitively better than his former friend. With that being said, Covington doesn’t see the utility in fighting Masvidal anymore, although the rivalry still burns bright.
For Masvidal, however, the show seems to be far from over. Reports, as well as a video, have surfaced where the fighter allegedly attacked Colby Covington after a dinner with the Nelk boys, outside the Papi Steak in Miami Beach.

Covington stated, “He’s over here swinging, trying to come at me, and I ran …” He further added, “How would [Masvidal] know I’m here?”
