In a recent development of events, Dana White has finally announced the UFC 310 fight card. Newly crowned welterweight champion Belal Muhammad will return to action and will feature in his first title defense. Muhammad will be taking on Shavkat Rakhmonov, who has been waiting for a long time to face the champion.

The pair have been involved in a lot of social media brawls in the past few months, which have already fired up the clash. With the fight now being official, ‘Remember the Name’ is looking up to the fight with ‘Nomad’ at UFC 310 and even has a unique message for him.

29-year-old Shavkat Rakhmonov is currently on a roll in the welterweight division and is currently unbeaten in his career. UFC CEO Dana White took to his social media to announce the fight card for UFC 310, and it is indeed a ‘fun’ card as he promised.

Dana White, during his DWCS, had already hinted that the December card would be interesting. And he has once again lived up to the hype and set up two title defense fights for the year-ending event. After the fight was announced Shavkat Rakhmonov and Belal Muhammad took to their X account to share their reactions on the whole.

‘Nomad’ shared Kazakhstan’s flag on his X account with the UFC 310 fight card. Muhammad on the other hand, took the time to share a warning for his next opponent with a unique message. He tweeted, “Goat is the goal. See you soon #ANDSTILL #InShaAllah”. Muhammad might just face the toughest challenge to date in his career when he takes on the unbeaten Kazakh fighter in December. The promotion is trying to end the year with a bang, and the event is scheduled for December 7th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ever since Muhammad won the belt, fans had predicted that he would be facing Shavkat Rakhmonov next. The champion is pretty confident that he will walk past the 18-0 fighter and believes he has a lot of weaknesses in his game. While Belal Muhammad might be confident, Shavkat Rakhmonov reminded him he is just a normal fighter.

In a recent interview with Michael Bisping, newly crowned welterweight King Belal Muhammad pointed out that he wanted to face Kamaru Usman next.  That particular fight would be a much bigger moneymaker and would have given him the opportunity to face one of the legends of the sport. However, according to Muhammad, facing Rakhmonov will be a much easier task for him as he has a lot of weaknesses in his game, as spotted by the champ.

He said, “And I mean, I’m gladly willing to do it, right, because for me honestly, I would think that Usman’s a tougher fight because when I look at Shavkat, I see a lot of holes and I see paths to victory,”.  The 18-0 fighter has been constantly involved in a lot of social media brawls and he took to his X account to share a message for the 36-year-old. He tweeted, “18 fighters before you tried, and I finished them all. Meanwhile, in 18 UFC fights, you’ve only finished 3 opponents. The UFC belt doesn’t give you superpowers, brother, it just seems to have made you delusional.”
