Can Colby Covington's return shake up the UFC, or is he just all talk and no action?

You know, I’m about fully healthy right now. The foot’s feeling good. Now it’s just about, you know, rehabbing and, you know, just making sure I get back to my base level of conditioning and, you know, get my sparring back on track, get all my MMA training back on track. You know, I’m ready to fight,” said Covington.
