The podcaster went back in memory lane “I thought I rightly got angry at it, I saw all these articles written..” “All these pieces about how transphobic my position was… and what a horrible person I was.” to share how the media and public were unsupportive of the podcaster’s opinion on the matter.

The UFC commentator explained his anger

Therefore, the jiu-jitsu black belt had a reply to clarify his position. He then said, “Look, if you are a transgender athlete and you tell someone, ‘Hey I was biologically male, but now identify as a female, would you like to fight?’ and that person still says yes? All in.”

Stating that would be unwise, comparing it to skydiving or bull riding. But, the choice must rest on the female competitor, to take on the challenge. The popular UFC commentator also added, “Do whatever wild, dangerous sh*t you wanna do.” But, to hide the fact that you’re biologically male. And you were a male for 30+ years. That was madness to me!” said the famous podcaster on JRE.

Ultimately, Joe Rogan agreed that trans women should have a place in competitive sports. But forcing women to go against them is not right.
