Dana White is nothing if not outspoken. Not afraid to give his opinion on controversial subjects, the UFC boss will let you know exactly what he thinks on any subject, from political correctness and coronavirus lockdowns to who he supports for president.
And the UFC CEO has come out with another hot (and potentially dangerous) take. This time he spoke about why he had stopped going to doctors and what his healthcare routine is now. And fellow Bostonian and friend Mark Wahlberg came out in support of the Las Vegas resident’s opinion.

In a clip doing the rounds, Dana White says that he will not go to any doctors as he feels they put people on medication needlessly. He spoke about his personal experiences with the best doctors in the world, which were not favorable.
“I will never go to a doctor ever again about my general health. All they want to do is put you on pills. Listen, I was at a place where I’d rather die. I had the best doctors that you could get from the best hospitals. None of them could stop my snoring. None of them could get my blood pressure under control. None of them could get my cholesterol, good or bad, leveled out,” he said.
The Power Slap CEO then spoke about Gary Brecka’s 10X Health System. White stated that all of his health problems – cholesterol, blood pressure, and snoring – had been solved by going on Brecka’s health program.
“It’s all good now. This guy will change your life. Some of your favorite actors, some of the most powerful, richest people in the work are all now doing this with Gary. For one reason and one reason only. Cause it works,” White added. This prompted White’s friend Mark Wahlberg to respond in the comments section. The Hollywood star seemed rather enthusiastic and left four responses in the comments. “FACTS !!!”,”🔥🔥🔥”; “🙌❤️🙌”; “👏👏👏,” his comments read.

It is important to note that 10X Health System is a privately owned enterprise that should be treated as an alternative treatment. In case of any health issues, consult your physician or specialist and follow their advice. This is Dana White’s personal opinion and not actual medical advice.

UFC starts in-house anti-doping program after USADA split
It has been confirmed that USADA will no longer test UFC fighters from January 2024 as the two organizations head for a split. This was, in part, because the UFC was unhappy about USADA’s handling of the Conor McGregor situation, which prevented the Irishman from making his much-awaited comeback in December this year.
