Ryan recently achieved a victory over his opponent Patrick Gaudio at World’s Number One to retain his title. He was also responsible for helping Jon Jones train to help him win his match against Stipe Miocic at UFC 295. However, recently, Joe Rogan‘s comments about the USADA and McGregor’s many controversies ended the Anti-Doping Agency’s reign.

Ryan was beyond thrilled when he learned about the outcome. He has now proudly gone online to advocate the free use of PEDs in competitive battle sports like the UFC. According to him, the sport will be more entertaining if fighters are allowed in the Octagon unchecked and untested.

“The higher the testosterone, the more physical the athletes are, the less prone to injury they are, the faster they recover, the longer they can compete, and the more entertaining and high paced they are.”  Ryan even openly said that fighters find loopholes in drug testing procedures all the time. “. . . people think that just because athletes are being tested by USADA or WADA that they are natural LMAOOO. With the l amount of money, pride, and legacies on the line, BEATING drug tests has become a multi-billion dollar industry.”

Clearly, the BJJ expert is a big supporter of taking PEDs to look, feel, and perform better. He felt that the unchecked use of PEDs would even help make the playing field leveled for fighters from all tiers. Regardless, he did not mention the possible drawbacks of drug abuse that could affect fighters’ health in the long term.

Ryan still believes drugs are good for the profession

Some fans ascertained ‘King’ in the comments that his take is as hot as they get. It’s not a small gesture openly encouraging the use of PEDs in high-performance physical sports like the UFC. However, Ryan remained adamant throughout his message.

It’s obvious now that Ryan wants the USADA to leave the UFC for good. And luckily for him, it just might be happening. McGregor has previously called USADA a “garbage organization,” while Rogan has asked the agency to let McGregor “do everything” he wants to.
