Bobby Green’s management agency, Iridium Sports Agency, revealed how things went down when he came face-to-face with Arman Tsarukyan. Apparently, ‘King’ was approached by the Armenian-Russia fighter and his crew at the UFC Austin’s host hotel. Green had no part to play in the lead-up to the confrontation, as he was minding his own business.

His management team declared, “During a media interview earlier today, Iridium Sports Agency client Bobby Green was unprovokingly accosted and attacked by a member of Arman Tsarukyan’s team at the UFC host hotel.”

However, things took a turn for the worse when the confrontation got heated. Iridium Spots Agency maintained its stance on the fact Bobby Green was trying hard to avoid any type of conflict. But he was forced to defend himself and his coach since Tsarukyan had swarmed them with a group.

“Bobby tried to avoid the conflict, but he was put in a position where he had to defend himself and his coach from the larger, aggressive group,” added Green’s team. It is still not clear who started the fight even though ‘King’s team had shared a statement regarding it. Meanwhile, the lightweight veteran also shared a video on his social media handles regarding the situation.

‘King’ claims he did not start the altercation with Tsarukyan

After the confrontation at the UFC host hotel, Bobby Green took to Instagram and mentioned that he did not start the fight with Arman Tsarukyan. Nevertheless, he’s not afraid to confront people. Green mentioned that it was someone from the American-Russian fighter’s team who came up to him to start a fight. He said, “Hey, I don’t be starting nothing with nobody… I stuck one of his homies. Stop playing with me. … They all ran up on me by myself, and they was acting all that tough.”
