Longtime UFC commentator and podcast host, Joe Rogan, has given his views on Cryptocurrencies and Non-fungible tokens.

As we know, the host of the #1 podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan has slowly and steadily become one of the most influential voices in the world. With that said, his fans are always eager to know his views on significant topics. One of them is the furious debate around crypto and NFTs.

Finally, on episode #1760 of the podcast with Internet Entrepreneur Adam Curry, Rogan discussed if Crypto can replace the age-old monetary system. “I have a lot of hope for cryptocurrencies, I really do. I don’t know much about them, but Bitcoin and Ethereum seem to be the ones people talk the most,” Rogan told Curry.

Later, he also predicted what the future holds for these virtual assets and how humanity can use them to their advantage. However, he also detailed the worst-case scenario for crypto.

“It’s either going to fall apart completely, or we’re going to use this as an opportunity to right the ship and come up with a better way to live our lives. It’s going to be one or the other.”

Later, as the discussion moved forward, Adam Curry also made his case, and they slowly shifted onto NFTs. Notably, NFTs stand for non-fungible tokens and are exclusive commodities that function within a blockchain framework. Remarkably, Rogan stated that soon corporations might use NFTs for their benefits and offer personalized versions of them to their consumers.

“Apple could easily do that. It’s almost like another version of stocks or something,” Rogan continued.

Recently, Variety magazine inducted UFC commentator Joe Rogan into the Variety500 list of most powerful entertainers. The list felicitates individuals who have the most influence on the masses around the world.

However, it had little to do with Joe Rogan’s association with the UFC and everything with his blockbuster podcast. Notably, Joe Rogan signed a $100 Million deal with Spotify for his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience. And that was a monumental decision, as JRE became the most heard podcast on the platform.

UFC President Dana White was also part of the list as he successfully tackled the pandemic even when other sports leagues were struggling.
