Joe Rogan is skeptical of TikTok

While the youth are looking at TikTok as a source of entertainment and influence, Rogan sees TikTok as a sketchy application. On ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, he talked about the application with Jimmy Donaldson, popularly known as MrBeast. Rogan said, “TikTok is such a sketchy fu**king application.”

Not only Joe Rogan, but various others have claimed the application is intrusive. In his podcast, Rogan showed some light on the fact that the software engineers who designed TikTok claimed it to be the most disturbing piece of software they had to engineer. Cross-platform spying is what made Rogan suspicious of the application. In fact, suggestions made by TikTok to follow a certain person just because of the closeness of the phones have raised questions in Rogan’s mind.
