Antonio Trocoli, also known as ‘Malvado’ was born in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, and is ethnically Brazilian. The 33-year-old started his career in the regional scene where he amassed an 8-0 record before suffering a 3-fight losing streak.

 According to information available on Tapology, ‘Malvado’ trains out of the ‘Full House’ gym in Belo Horizonte under head coach, Eduardo Lopes. Trocoli’s big break came with his appearance on Dana White’s Contender Series but due to the aforementioned failed pre-fight drug test, his UFC contract was withdrawn.

It appeared that Trocoli was headed towards redemption when he was scheduled to face Ovince St. Preux at UFC 282, but he was released from the promotion for the second time after failing to secure a visa for the event which was held in Las Vegas.

Now, at UFC Saudi Arabia, the third time appears to be the charm for Trocoli as he is now set to face Sharaputdin Magomedov on just 3 days’ notice after Magomedov’s original opponent, Joilton Lutterbach had to be replaced. The couple made their relationship public on Instagram just before Valentine’s Day 2024, revealing they had been dating for a year.

Trocoli shared a video of the two enjoying time together at a water park, captioned with a heartfelt message: “I love to have fun with you! But everything about her is rear naked choke!!! Happy Valentine’s Day my love!!!!! 🥰”. Dern also expressed her affection for Trocoli on social media, posting a photo of them together with the caption, “Happy Valentine’s Day Baby!”
