Having a world champion as a sister has its perks. The women’s UFC flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko had a fascinating idea for the promotion and her sister. ‘The Bullet’ said, “Who knows, maybe in the future, Dana White can hire her to be an official UFC pilot.”
Antonina touched upon some pointers of her license and pilot training. She said, “I’m capable as a pilot to fly with no or restricted visibility… The instrument reading teaches you how to fly…land under no visibility… It’s a long, difficult way and long way of studying, but it just very interesting.”
Both the Shevchenko sisters recorded wins on the UFC 255 card. Now they will look to take some well-earned time off doing the things they love outside the octagon. What do you make of Valentina’s suggestion?
