Khalil Rountree Jr. vs. Anthony Smith took place at UFC Fight Night 233 and the latter was knocked out in the third round. Rountree Jr. was also going to end the fight with a hammer punch, but that is when the referee called an end to the contest. The ‘Lionheart’ admitted that he took a short-notice fight against Khalil, which was not his best idea. “I knew he was going to be fast, but it was shocking how fast he is, how he goes from zero to 100 so fast,” he told Michael Bisping on the latter’s YouTube channel.
