Looking at the fanfare created by McGregor Forever and the speculations about the upcoming Stylebender, a number of UFC followers may have thought that other UFC personalities will follow Conor McGregor and Izzy’s path. UFC boss, Dana White, was the first one to receive a question about it. The strong bond between McGregor and White may have propelled a lot of fans to believe that the UFC supremo himself will be the first one to follow in the fighter’s steps.
Dana White shut down the possibilities of his own Netflix documentary
Among many other questions at the post-UFC Vegas 73 press conference, White was also questioned about his own Netflix documentary. The reporter asked, “McGregor’s documentary came out this week. I’m just curious when can we expect your Netflix documentary?”
White was seemingly amused at this question as he laughed briefly before answering it. He answered, “Never. I’m not into that kind of stuff”. The UFC supremo also said that he had received numerous offers for such ventures which would highlight his journey. He revealed, “Believe me, I get offers for all kinds of books and this and that. But, I’m not interested in that kind of stuff at all.”
White also implied that fight promotion was his only interest, and he wanted to stay fully committed to it. He said, “This is what I do, this is what I like to do and I’ll literally never do any of that stuff.”
